Elisha Floyd Ivie/Ivy

Elisha Floyd Ivie/Ivy was born 14 Sep 1818 in Georgia, and died 1 Jan 1863 while serving in the Civil War in the Battle of Stones River, Confederate, 1st GA Cavalry. He married Catherine Alexona Trimble, who was born 7 Oct 1819 in Georgia, and died about 1845. Elisha's father was Benjamin, who is listed together with him in the 1840 Cass Co, Georgia, Federal Census. According to family history, Benjamin's father was Lott Ivie/Ivy, although this has not been verified by any records.
