James Ivey

James Ivey (c1775-c1835) of Wayne, Covington, and Jones County, MS.  He is the father of J2 (James and Lucinda of Jasper County, MS).

He is a possible candidate for the son of J1 (James and Mourning of Marlboro County, SC), but this remains unproven. From the Y-DNA results, it is apparent that he is closely related to this line, but may be from a brother, cousin, etc, of James of Marlboro County, SC.
